Well ive started cutting the lines , wanted to use the keld/ dremel method but had to go for
the "cant spend any more cash so have to make something from the shed method" .

thanks , im going to try it i think . but the big question plaster or dremel

wire gap 3 1/2 inch , inside radius 7 inch smallest .

clockwise direction , bottom right hand corner results in a crash if you dont turn , single file only after the s bend ,defalt after s will be the inside , at the moment only two chances for the inside to get to racing line.

Car / batterys and charger ordered so time to start the test track . just marked this out on an 8' x 4' sorry for the rubish pic, hopfuly you can see the lines , coments please .

Thanks , i thought someone must have tryed it ,i think there are different types of vinyl some with a slight texture that may be better ? I will make a tool to score the grove in the foamboard hopefully to the same depth , could be a very easy way to build or a fail . the board im looking at is 5 mm...

Hi keld im in the uk , im suprised how quiet it is in here considering how good this looks , im thinking of useing core foam pvc board for my track , score it , lay the wire then vinyl on top to hold wire in place . my brother runs a sign company and can photo print onto vinyl so real looking tarmac...

Hi all , only came across this a few days ago after looking for routed tracks on the web . We have had a semi perminant scalxtric for some time and converted to digital which i wasent that keen on, did think about a routed track but think i will invest in this , it just looks so much more fun someho...
