The early version of the transmitter, before reverse, was automaticly swithing off when its not working for a while.
Hov is it no?
Can I have a battery in the handcontroll and leave it there without consuming power.
Automated Off in the transmitter
Re: Automated Off in the transmitter
Lasp, I know that the time delay in the cars is longer now which is better but
I am not sure about the controller. Always better to take it out anyway.

Re: Automated Off in the transmitter
Should the battery be removed from the transmitter and also the car, when not in use?
Re: Automated Off in the transmitter
If the battery is left in the car for more than 1 hour without use, a capacitor in
the circuit will need to be discharged by shorting across the battery terminals
(with the battery removed) The battery is best removed from the controller or
it will eventually go flat.
