Broken transmitter steering knob

Post by AlfaRacer » Sun 24. Jul 2016 22:57

The knob on one of my transmitters has fractured from the shaft that connects it to the transmitter. Is this part available for replacement? It appears that the magracing.co.uk site is down....

magracing.co.uk is down. Wes R who owns the site is no longer selling new cars.
I understand that he has some parts for sale. You might contact him using Private Mail (PM).
Perhaps you could glue the broken part together using 2 part epoxy glue.

Thanks Ned. I did disassemble it and used 2-part JB Weld plus a small screw through the knob into the tube. Hopefully that will hold up. I would be interested in any spares available, and will contact Wes.

Guess you did something like I did - look in the 3D section : Controller steering axel fix.
