nice to see, I had a 956 or 962 body some time ago, but i sold it :(

can't wait to the summer is over and I can come back to the Essential (racing)

Just a simple suggestion, in case you do some refinements for later production (& you may be way ahead of me on this) but mold in a tab to the chassis that is longer then needed with multiple mounting positions for a motor pod so it would work with different wheelbases (or conversely develope a motor pod with a long tab that attached to the chassis that can be cut to the length needed! :phone

Surprisingly painters masking tape works perfectly. About a 1/8" (4mm) strip
around the inside edge. When it eventually wears down to the adhesive, you get
even more grip. You can paint it black. Any more grip than this and the car will
be flat out round the turns and no skill needed. There is a Video somewhere I think
