Hi Lasp, I was just showing the way I joined the track pieces together. The pieces of cardboard are 2033mm x 860mm and which corner are you interested in? The small one on the pit entrance is too small you have drive very slowly to make it around.

I wonder if biscuit joints into the ends of MDF would be strong enough, one side glued and one just pushed together?

that depend on the setup, a biscuit is enough if the modular is on a table or on the floor.
but if you use loose legs it is not enough the there must be some more stabilization I think.

Here's an idea. How about using a product called Dricore. Consists of 1/2" OSB attached to a base of waffled plastic total thickness about 7/8". Comes in 2' x 2' (61cm x 61cm) and has a tongue and groove edge all the way around for easy alignment of sections.
A perimeter of 1x2 's could quickly be screwed or dowelled to the edge to hold the panels together On any nearly level surface (floor, table, patio, driveway etc). These are available at Home Depot for around $6 each.

Now here is something interesting... 140 cm x 70 cm...

That might work well for MAGracing, what do you think? Or would it be too tight?

Its Nice realy Nice.
I have printed out some of the BLST layout just to learn me more about Racing Lane.
For my own modulat tracks is it two tings that happens. First I just make big papers 800 x 1200 mm to see how it could fit.
Second I just continue with the old size 500 x 700mm but I make just 4 sheets 700 x 1000mm.
Pictures may come tomorrow and then we will take a weektrip to St Petersburg just to se.

Thanks to the descibtion at the french site,

I have to adjust my modules to half the lengt, so if I do 1200mm it will be 600mm broad!
600 x 1200 mm or 700 x 1400mm
And I also can see that its more easy to make combine if I take in little in the middle.

Excellent!! Very nice use of combining modules. I love it and definitely believe this could work for mag racing and at far les complexity than the digital design it was made for.

First I want to shoved up some of the smaller modules.
Those are 1000mm x 700mm and the straight is 300 mm x 1000mm
