Hi Keld, Old goat is correct a pin stripe tool. This one was $20.00 about 20 years ago came with 3 different widths of wheel and the wire to follow guide. Used it to stripe all of the slot car tracks I have built. It works best if you have a guide to follow. There is no name on the tool anywhere, I would check a local paint store that where I found it. Sorry I don't have a brand name.
