Today I have been using something like "One Strok Filler" In swedish "Lättspackel"
with a density of 400 Kg per qubicmeter.
It says will bee dry in one Hour! But not.
So picture will come tomorrow.
Remember that a LC in MR can bee booth way! Right and / or Left and Straight!

But today I recocnise some tickering sound from the card in Car ewen when the battery was unengaged!
Mysterius says Lasp

I also find out that the minimum radie will bee more than 16 cm 19 -20 cm will bee good! Maybee twist it in two 90 degree corners!

Just started testing plastering without the card. Everything seems pretty positive so far. Did one corner using wes's "ruler" method. Extremely easy. Only issue I had was I ended up pulling an end of a wire up with the ruler. Mostly my fault because I got too excited and wasn't paying attention to what I was doing. Anyway, gonna wait till morning for everything to dry then do a little drive testing. Thank you Wes for all the work you have put into this hobby and listening to the questions on this board and pointing everyone in the right direction.

Here is some pictures of a testtrack! I am using 0.8 mm welding wire S2 It has a good magnetising and is very cheap.
Yoy can find it with 0.8 Kg lots Withs is enaf for many tracks I ts also in 0.6 mm

I start just taping it up, finding the right tension in the tread, the same way as I use LUFs lexan thing ;-)

Then I adjust the magnet in the car to around 1 mm from ground, testing LC and way to go around!
If its good just replace the tape with som glue, make it quit short to keep the wire down!

Then i just make some painting becaus the corrision is very aggresiv on this tread!

After that I use som "Light Spackel" or the "One Strike Filler" I put a 0,4 mm tape as a roadside for something to fill in!
Will do some more testing later.
